According to Isabel Burton there are four items needed to look great when exercising.
- BB Cream (Light foundation)
- Mascara
- Nude Lip liner
- Lip Tint
Being a student athlete in high school, I never had an issue with that but other females did.
Worried about how would they look after? I do remember in high school gym class girls in the bathroom rushing to groom themselves before next period.How long would hey need to get back to a presentable stage? And this research would determine if appearance plays a role in athletic performance in females, and I so what to do to solve this dilemma.
