Problems. Problems. Problems

So when looking into my annotated bibliography, and determining what I know and what I don't know. My ENGL 121 Professor Brett challenged me, instead of thinking of my paper as a regular paper I should think about how to solve a problem. This caused me to think hard on what is my problem. And I came to the conclusion there are a lot of problems for me to pick from.

First it was, if the NFL and other organizations are being sued because Athlete's are experiencing long term life paralyzing injuries why does this country still support football being played.

According to Forbes Magazine (http://www.forbes.com/sites/monteburke/2013/08/17/how-the-national-football-league-can-reach-25-billion-in-annual-revenues/) The NFL can revenue 25 billion dollars annually.

You must keep in mind, the sport of football goes beyond the field. Its deeper than the contracts that are signed, you must also keep in mind the money made off merchandise, ticket sales, advertisements,  endorsement deals, meet in greets, and etc.

Back in 2005, the NFL had a revenue of  6.16 Billion dollars.

Another problem that I found is, the fact that all the people that speak up about the issues they face because of concussions are recent instances. All of the articles, peer-reviewed and regular are all within the last 3 years. Which is sad, and makes me wonder why we have no statements from 2000 or 1990
.

These things matter because this is something way more serious that we give it credit. An issue that has been occurring, but just recently being discussed.
